Behavioral Consultation, Supervision, and Management
The purpose of this course is to provide students with best practice skills in behavior analytic personnel supervision, management, and consultation. In this course, students will learn to provide effective supervision, train staff to competency, and improve personnel performance. Students will also demonstrate consultative competencies involving rapport building, effective communication, problem identification and analysis, intervention section, and outcome evaluation. This course is required for all students in the Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis program.
