Welcome to the Southern New Jersey Talent Network for Construction & Utilities at Rowan University Division of Global Learning & Partnerships (Rowan Global).
As a Talent Network, Rowan Global has the opportunity to conduct deep industry research for the purpose of increasing the skilled workforce in the construction and utilities fields. In accordance with and funded by the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development’s 65 by 25: Many Paths, One Future campaign, Rowan Global will take an active and visible role in engaging industry partners throughout Southern New Jersey to gain construction and utilities industry perspective on the skills and needs of its workforce and seek to resolve industry workforce replenishment concerns through credentialing incumbent and future members of New Jersey's construction and utilities workforce.
As the Southern New Jersey Talent Network for Construction & Utilities, Rowan Global will be gathering industry related intelligence and making creating new partnerships in the following counties:
