The goal of the Rowan University Master of Engineering Management (MEM) is to effectively prepare engineers for management level positions. Students in this program receive knowledge of administrative procedures such as budgeting, strategic decision making, and supervising. Also, the combination of courses from Rowan’s College of Engineering and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International) accredited Rohrer College of Business equips students with the ideal balance of advanced technical knowledge and managerial skills required to advance as managers. The Online Master of Engineering Management program is designed to make it convenient for working professionals to attend class and continue to pursue their engineering management career goals.
The Master of Engineering Management (MEM) is a part-time program offered in an accelerated online format. This degree requires the completion of 30 graduate semester hours or 10 courses. Two courses are scheduled per semester for five consecutive semesters resulting in possible degree completion in less than 24 months.
The following courses make up the Master of Engineering Management program. Each course is scheduled in 8 week modules with each week of work starting every Tuesday at 8:00a.m. and ending every Monday at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
