Rowan University’s Music Therapy Post-Baccalaureate Certificate is intended for students who have already completed a Bachelor’s in Music. This program will be offered in conjunction with the Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy. Students in the program will be prepared to become a Board Licensed Music Therapist and to continue in graduate studies in Music Therapy.
The Music Therapy Post-Baccalaureate Certificate is a full-time or part-time program offered in hybrid format. It requires the completion of 38 semester hours.
The following courses make up the Music Therapy Post-Baccalaureate Certificate program.
MUS 98117 will be taken twice, once per semester (4 credits total)

Upon receipt of the materials below a representative from the Rowan Global Admissions Processing Office will contact you with confirmation or indicating any missing items.
Bachelor's degree (or its equivalent) from an accredited institution of higher learning
Official transcripts from all colleges attended (regardless of number of credits earned)
Current professional resume
Statement of professional objectives
Interview (Applicants will be contacted directly by the Faculty Admissions Committee to schedule the interview. The interview may be in person or via telephone.)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)

Submitting the Application Form is only the first step to beginning the admission process. All of the required materials listed above must be received on or before the application completion deadline for your desired entry term to be considered for admission to that term.
